18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75.
1. Operator Statement
Fanora is a platform that hosts user-generated content. As an operator under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, Fanora requires all content creators to comply with federal record-keeping requirements.
2. Creator Requirements
- —All creators who post sexually explicit content must maintain records verifying that all performers depicted are 18 years of age or older.
- —Required records include: legal name, date of birth, and any names used in the performance.
- —Records must be maintained for the duration of the creator's account and for 7 years after content is removed.
- —Records must be made available for inspection upon request by the Attorney General.
- —Creators must complete age verification before posting explicit content.
3. Fanora's Role
- —Fanora is a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
- —Fanora requires all creators to certify compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- —Fanora maintains records of creator identity verification.
- —Fanora will cooperate with any lawful investigation or inspection.
4. Custodian of Records
Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by Fanora. Requests for inspection should be directed to: legal@fanora.com. Records are available for inspection at any time during regular business hours.
5. Zero Tolerance Policy
Fanora has a zero tolerance policy for content depicting minors. Any content suspected of depicting a minor will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
