Fanora respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement.
1. Our Commitment
Fanora complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement. We will promptly remove or disable access to content that is claimed to be infringing.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
- —Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- —Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform.
- —Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- —A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- —A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- —Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification
- —If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification.
- —Include: your name, address, phone number, and email.
- —Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
- —A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
- —Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers
Fanora will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright law.
5. Non-Copyright Complaints
